Position Summary

The Insurance Agency President will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and performance of the agency. This includes driving sales growth, managing a talented team, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic vision, people leadership, and hands-on experience in insurance sales and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to meet and exceed business goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide coaching, feedback, and professional development to team members.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure exceptional service and retention.
• Research market trends to identify new business opportunities and stay competitive.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing insurance professionals across multiple markets.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including hiring, training, performance management, and compliance oversight.
• Foster a professional and welcoming office environment.
• Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and improvement through professional development and networking.
• Communicate with professionalism and tact in all client and team interactions.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Additional duties may be assigned based on organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required; Life & Health license preferred.
• 1015 years of progressive experience in insurance sales, management, or agency growth roles.
• Demonstrated success in commercial and/or personal lines insurance, ideally with experience as a producer, underwriter, or operations manager.
• Proven ability to build and grow an insurance or financial practice through networking and prospecting.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
