Instructional Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Instructional Designer with a strong background in graphic design, visual design, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, and the ability to create engaging, visually appealing instructional materials that enhance the learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instructional Design: Develop and design engaging and effective instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos, infographics, and other digital content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify target audience needs and create tailored learning solutions.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to develop and enhance training programs.
• Graphic Design: Create high-quality graphic elements for instructional materials, including icons, illustrations, and layout designs.
• Ensure all graphic content aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the overall user experience.
• Visual Design: Develop visually compelling course interfaces, templates, and multimedia components that are user-friendly and accessible.
• Utilize visual hierarchy, typography, and color theory to improve the effectiveness of instructional content.
• Motion Graphics: Design and animate motion graphics for use in e-learning modules, instructional videos, and promotional materials.
• Utilize software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools to create dynamic visual content.
• Collaboration and Project Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including educators, developers, and project managers, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality learning solutions.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to deadlines and project requirements.
