Position Overview:

As an Inpatient Rehabilitation Nurse, you will utilize the full spectrum of your skills and experience daily, inspiring patients to progress in their recovery journeys. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising patient care and treatments, leading assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
• Listening to and empathizing with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Monitoring patient progress and building rewarding relationships during their recovery.
• Assisting patients in regaining control of their lives, aiming for discharge and reintegration into their communities.

Required Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required; ACLS preferred.
• CRRN certification is preferred.
• At least one year of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital is preferred.
