Inpatient Behavioral Health Nursing Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inpatient Behavioral Health Nursing Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical nursing services in Behavioral Health, collaborating closely with the Director and Medical Staff leadership to enhance the quality of care and ensure high patient and provider satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead clinical nursing services within the Behavioral Health department.
• Develop, implement, and sustain clinical and educational programs.
• Foster interdisciplinary team collaboration to improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain effective communication across various levels of the organization.
• Motivate and guide staff both individually and as a cohesive team.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Licensure: Active RN license; BLS certification; national certification in a relevant specialty preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in clinical behavioral health roles, with at least 2 years in progressive management.
