Injection Mold Technician

We are seeking a skilled Injection Mold Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up molds and machines, operating injection molding machines, and ensuring the quality of molded parts through thorough inspections.

Responsibilities

• Set up molds and machines.
• Operate injection molding machines efficiently.
• Weigh and blend materials accurately.
• Load and dry blended materials in the hopper on molding machines.
• Inspect molds to ensure they are in good condition.
• Perform in-process inspections to maintain quality control.
• Remove molded parts from machines safely and efficiently.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in injection molding techniques.
• 3+ years of experience operating injection molding machines.
• Experience with basic troubleshooting of machines.
• Ability to set up machines and perform changeovers effectively.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Petersburg, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
