Lincoln Electric, a global leader in advanced arc welding solutions and equipment manufacturing, is excited to invite a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Painter to join our dedicated team. This role will focus on protecting and finishing CNC machines while assisting with various shop operations. No prior experience is necessary; we value a strong work ethic and a desire to learn. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success.

Pay Range: $37,440 - $49,920

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply protective coatings to machinery, equipment, and structures using various methods (brush, roller, spray).
- Prepare surfaces according to safety and quality standards, ensuring a flawless finish.
- Demonstrate proficiency with different paints, solvents, and application techniques.
- Assist with general shop duties including crating, assembly, and other tasks as required.
- Interpret and execute verbal instructions to complete assignments efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment following company safety guidelines.
- Provide assistance and guidance to team members as necessary.
- Be flexible in supporting various departments and adjust to changing workloads.
Required Skills:

- Ability to read specifications and understand project prints.
- Capability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to acquire new skills.
- Good organizational abilities coupled with a positive attitude.

- Ability to install walls or partitions as needed before painting.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in industrial painting or a related field.
- Familiarity with surface preparation and coating application processes.
- Experience in rigging or general shop work.
Work Environment: This position involves exposure to mechanical parts, airborne particles, and various chemicals used in the manufacturing process. The workplace typically has moderate noise levels.
Physical Demands: Employees must be able to talk, hear, and engage in physical activities such as bending, standing, walking, using hands for grasping, and reaching. The role requires frequent lifting of objects weighing 75 pounds or more and involves repetitive motion.
