Hours: 6:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday, and weekends as needed
Pay: $18 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Perform metal fabrication tasks to support product builds according to specifications.
- Set up, repair, operate, and maintain fabrication/testing equipment.
- Load/unload machines and change dies, fixtures, and gauges as required.
- Ensure proper computer programs are selected and adjusted per print drawings.
- Conduct visual inspections and use gauges/calipers for first-piece and in-process checks.
- Identify and correct operating difficulties in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Perform additional duties as directed by supervisors.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of fabrication or relevant work experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret measurements accurately.
- Proficient in using calipers and tape measures (to 1/32").
- Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
