We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Electrician to maintain and enhance our mill equipment. In this role, you will perform essential duties that ensure our operations run smoothly. If you are looking for a rewarding career with opportunities for growth, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting routine electrical/electronic preventative maintenance on various mill equipment.
• Repairing, modifying, and maintaining diverse electrical and electronic systems.
• Executing tasks such as wiring circuits, component replacement, and electronic device repairs.
• Performing test readings using multiple instruments, including multi-meters and Meggers.
• Staying up-to-date with technical changes and equipment designs through necessary training programs.
• Working rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Adhering to strict safety protocols while wearing safety equipment and completing all required training.
• Taking on additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• High School diploma or GED.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of electrical principles.
• Experience with 3-phase and single-phase power distribution systems, motor controls, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with 480-volt power and logic circuits.
• Strong computer, math, analytical, and planning abilities.
• Proficiency in interpreting and following electrical schematics.
• Acquainted with machine control systems and capable of troubleshooting complex machine controls.
• Knowledge of the features and functions of various controllers.
• Ability to identify the signal path through a control circuit.
• Combination of higher education and relevant experience is valued.
• Must be eligible to work legally in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Willingness to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including nights and weekends.
• Available for emergency call-ins as required.
• Team-oriented with a commitment to consistently delivering value.
• Eagerness to cross-train and learn new skills.
• Consistent and predictable attendance is essential.

Preferred Qualifications: Stand Out with These Skills:

• Experience with VFD drives.
• Familiarity with PLC systems.
• Able to interpret PLC logic related to process and equipment for troubleshooting.
