Role Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A valid LPN license in the state of Illinois.
About the Role:
As an LPN, you play a crucial role in the medical team, assisting RNs and physicians in ensuring patients are comfortable and on the path to recovery. Your responsibilities may include:
- Documenting medication administration and treatment.
- Monitoring and observing patients.
- Performing essential procedures, such as taking vital signs, measuring and documenting weight and height, and conducting diagnostic tests.
- Providing comfort and reassurance to anxious patients.
