Key Requirements:
- A high school diploma or GED.
- A valid LPN license in Illinois.
Your Role:
As a crucial member of the healthcare team, you will assist RNs and physicians in ensuring patient comfort and advancement towards recovery. Responsibilities include:
- Documenting medication administration and treatment.
- Monitoring patients’ conditions.
- Conducting vital sign checks and other diagnostic tests.
- Providing comfort and reassurance to patients in need.
