As an In-Store Merchandising Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that stores meet shoppers' needs. Your responsibilities will include creating attractive displays, resetting shelves to showcase merchandise effectively, and tracking inventory levels to maximize sales for both stores and suppliers. What we are looking for in you:

• Ability to engage with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable manner
• You must be at least 18 years of age
• Physical capability to move, bend, stand, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to commute to the work location
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, customers, and team members
• A motivated self-starter who is results-driven
• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to team efforts
