In House Recruiter

Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a In House Recruiter to join their team. As a In House Recruiter, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting the recruitment and staffing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong relationship-building abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: In House Recruiter

Location: Andover, MA

Pay Range: $20 - $25 Hourly

Shift: Mon-Fri / 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using innovative sourcing techniques.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience and promote the employer brand.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or multi-disciplinary environment.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Experience with ATS systems and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.

• Passion for connecting talent with meaningful opportunities.
