Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic IAM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our Identity and Access Management solutions.
This role will drive the enterprise IAM roadmap, define architecture standards, and ensure secure and efficient access control systems across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable and secure IAM architectures aligned with business goals and compliance requirements.
Lead the implementation of IAM solutions including authentication, authorization, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance and administration (IGA).
Evaluate current IAM systems and processes, identify gaps, and define improvements and modernization strategies.
Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, and business teams to ensure cohesive integration and support of IAM technologies.
Provide technical leadership for IAM-related projects and initiatives, including migrations, upgrades, and new deployments.
Define and enforce IAM policies, standards, and best practices.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, workflows, and configurations.
Stay current with IAM trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
Serve as a subject matter expert during security audits, risk assessments, and incident responses.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
7+ years of experience in identity and access management, with at least 3 years in an architecture or lead role.
Expertise in IAM technologies such as Okta, Azure AD, SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, or similar.
Strong understanding of security protocols and standards (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos).
Experience with cloud IAM (AWS IAM, Azure IAM, GCP IAM) and hybrid environments.
Familiarity with Zero Trust frameworks and principles.

Preferred:

Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator, Okta Certified Architect).
Experience with DevSecOps and integration of IAM with CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and industry standards.
