Job Description
We are working with a family-oriented, fast-growing commercial construction firm seeking a skilled Senior Estimator to lead and oversee estimating efforts across multiple divisions. Key Responsibilities:

Lead estimating efforts across various commercial divisions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Review project plans, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and cost estimates.
Develop detailed budgets and cost breakdowns for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
Oversee bid processes and subcontractor/vendor pricing.
Collaborate with project managers, executives, and clients on preconstruction planning.
Mentor junior estimators and contribute to continuous process improvement.
Support the company’s strong growth trajectory with proactive strategies and cost analysis.

Qualifications:

7+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
Proven ability to oversee multiple divisions and manage complex bids.
Strong background in cost analysis, takeoffs, and bid preparation.
Proficiency in estimating and construction management software.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid/remote environment.
