Job Summary Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services. Repair and replacement of steam traps, steam system parts, pneumatic controls and condensate pumps. Maintenance and repair of refrigeration equipment, walk-ins and reach-in coolers. Maintenance, repair, and Preventive maintenance and cleaning of ice machines. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent vocational training Experience: 3 years general commercial HVAC experience. Licensure, Certification, Registration: * Valid CT Heating & Cooling license (S2) and Freon Recovery license or ability to obtain within 6 months * Driver’s license with appropriate driving record We take great care of careers.
