You will support teams and leaders in building a sales force that is motivated to exceed guests’ expectations while creating an enjoyable workplace. The Human Resources Specialist role provides you with valuable opportunities to gain:

• Drive intentional recruiting efforts to identify and hire candidates who resonate with our guests' needs.
• Support the learning and development of your store's sales team to foster a culture of continuous growth.
• Serve as an expert resource on scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Listen to team members and work with leaders to address concerns and take necessary actions.
• Implement all Human Resources operational and cyclical initiatives.
• Deliver excellent customer service that enhances the shopping experience for our guests.
• Promote ethical conduct, safety, and compliance within the workplace.
• Perform additional tasks as required by business needs.
