Position Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiting teams and hiring managers to ensure the seamless selection and onboarding of high-quality talent.

• Assist in the administration of benefits and leaves of absence, including short-term disability, workers' compensation, FMLA, and personal leave.

• Conduct reviews of workplace policies and employee conduct.

• Engage in job fairs, community events, and initiatives that promote employee engagement.

• Analyze HR data to uncover trends and insights that support leadership decisions.

• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and compliance processes.

Minimum Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a warehouse environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday).

• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is a plus.
