Human Resources Partner

In this role, you will be crucial in aligning human resources practices with business objectives in our Contact and Sales Center. You will collaborate closely with leadership to implement effective people strategies for onboarding, employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a pivotal contact for associates and managers, providing practical guidance on everyday HR matters.
• Enhance the new hire experience by facilitating effective onboarding processes.
• Support leave of absence protocols, ensuring clear communication and compliance for a seamless experience.
• Advise managers on addressing employee concerns and fostering positive team dynamics.
• Coordinate performance discussions, coaching sessions, and feedback delivery with a focus on growth.
• Work with leaders to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain a visible presence among frontline associates to understand engagement drivers and challenges.

Employee Engagement:

• Take charge of the employee engagement strategy, driving initiatives that promote a motivating environment.
• Lead the development and execution of engagement initiatives such as recognition programs and feedback mechanisms.
• Utilize data and insights from surveys and day-to-day interactions to recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to cultivate an inclusive workplace culture where associates feel valued.
• Create engaging communication content to keep associates informed and connected.

People Process Execution:

• Provide support on HR programs like performance reviews and development planning.
• Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and assist in handling sensitive matters with professionalism.
• Support the organized execution of annual HR processes in partnership with HR colleagues and leaders.
• Build strong relationships across teams to foster communication and alignment on HR initiatives.
• Contribute insights to improve HR processes and enhance the overall associate experience.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally involving employee relations and talent management.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Analytical skills to derive insights from data to improve business outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within teams and build relationships.
