Sodexo Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support hospitals in Cincinnati, Ohio. The HR Manager will support around 500 food service and environmental services (EVS) managers, supervisors, and union and non-union frontline employees across several hospitals in the system.

The HR Manager will:

• Support, engage, and help retain staff
• Direct the human resources department and support staff on-site
• Support managers and clients with HR management
• Work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, and applicant tracking systems
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization

• Experience managing HR/Administrative support team members

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 3 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 5 years of HR experience
