Job Description: Responsible for assisting in the management of the following functions: employment, Policy & Procedure interpretation, day to day employee relations, and record-keeping/compliance for employee files. Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in Business/Human Resources Management.
Experience:
Five years progressively responsible human resources management experience. One year of experience in an environment with a union presence preferable.
Other:
Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws
Technical Skills:
Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.
