About The Human Resources Generalist Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and approachable Human Resources Generalist to support daily HR operations and drive a positive employee experience. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, supporting managers, and providing guidance across all areas of human resources.
Key Responsibilities For Human Resources Generalist

• Partner with managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation
• Administer benefits, leave of absence requests, and HR compliance programs
• Support full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and orientation for new hires
• Assist with payroll processing and HRIS data accuracy
• Provide guidance on company policies, employment law, and best practices
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and strengthen company culture
  

Qualifications For Human Resources Generalist

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 25+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist role
• Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a solutions-focused approach
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred, but not required
