Location: Hybrid (San Francisco, CA)

Salary Range: $165,000$170,000

Were seeking a seasoned HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of enterprise HR systems, including Oracle HCM. This role will oversee system governance, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with Payroll and Finance, while managing a small team of analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and ongoing management of Oracle HCM and other major HR systems (Workday, SAP, etc.)
• Supervise 12 HRIS analysts and centralize data entry processes
• Ensure data security, system integrations, and reporting accuracy
• Develop SOPs, training materials, and drive system adoption across departments
• Partner with IT and business leaders to enhance automation and analytics
• Manage vendor relationships and support budgeting for HR technology investments

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of HRIS experience, including recent team leadership
• Proven success implementing Oracle, Workday, or SAP
• Strong background in data security, integrations, and business intelligence
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Certifications such as HRIP, PMP, or Oracle HCM Cloud are a plus
