What you'll do.

As our HR Services Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting associates and ensuring smooth HR operations. You'll be responsible for:

• Workers' Compensation & Claims: Process reported claims, communicate with adjusters, and guide associates through the process.
• Payroll Administration: Support weekly payroll processing, maintain accuracy in records, and provide backup processing support.
• Benefits Administration: Assist with medical, dental, life, and retirement plans; answer associate questions; and manage benefit record updates.
• HR Team Support: Back up recruiting efforts during busy periods and maintain HRIS systems (UKG).

What you'll bring.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
• High school diploma required; bachelor's in HR or related field preferred

• Starting pay: $26.50/hour (based on experience)
