HR Generalist (Contract)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support a dynamic team in Renton, WA. This is a 6-month contract opportunity ideal for someone with a strong foundation in HR operations and a passion for employee support and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer HR policies and procedures in alignment with company standards and employment laws.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation processes.
• Assist with benefits administration, leave management, and employee inquiries.
• Partner with managers to address employee relations issues and performance concerns.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
• Contribute to HR projects including process improvements and policy updates.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar).
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour
