LHH is looking for an HR Generalist for one of our well respected clients!
Location: On-site in New Mexico
Type: Temporary (Potential to go permanent)
What You'll Be Doing

Partner with department managers to support performance management through coaching, documentation, and training
Manage the full lifecycle of leave of absences, ensuring compliance and timely follow-up
Provide guidance on labor laws, sick leave policies, and EEOC compliance
Conduct investigations, performance reviews, and employee training sessions
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HR processes align with legal and organizational standards

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of recent HR Generalist experience with progressive responsibilities
Strong knowledge of state labor laws and federal employment regulations
Proven experience in leave management and employee relations
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical HR team

Bonus Points For

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification
Experience in any regulated or service-oriented industry

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
