HR Business Partner, Manufacturing

We are seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to join our team in Russellville, AR. This role is integral to aligning human resources strategies with business objectives to foster a productive and harmonious workplace. The ideal candidate will be an innovative leader with a proven track record in HR management, particularly within the manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with accountability, fostering a culture of trust and innovation.
• Manage and enhance talent practices, focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, performance, and succession planning.
• Provide expert guidance on HR policies, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Coach and advise employees and leaders on staffing strategies, performance management, and professional development.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, and company policies, including IATF, ISO, and ISMS.
• Drive employee engagement and lead initiatives for cultural and process improvements.
• Oversee HR operations, including team leadership and budget management.
• Investigate and resolve employee relations and policy issues effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; HR certification is a plus.
• A minimum of 8 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing; leadership experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, with automotive expertise considered an asset.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS, with SAP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, planning, and analytical abilities.
