Hiring an HR Business Partner in Atlanta, GA!
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in managing employee relations, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. You will work closely with site leadership to enhance employee engagement, provide coaching to managers, and support workforce planning and talent retention.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary resource for handling employee relations matters, conducting investigations, resolving workplace conflicts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Partner with site leadership to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, reinforcing company values and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective practices, employee performance, and development strategies to enhance managerial effectiveness.
- Ensure training programs are identified and possibly developed for employees and leaders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and workforce development goals.
- Serve as a resource for employees and managers regarding HR-related policies, procedures, and best practices. Ensure consistent application of policies in areas of responsibility.
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries, including benefits, payroll, leaves of absence, and workplace accommodations, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Work closely with corporate HR teams and site leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and support organizational growth.
- Assist in identifying workforce trends, turnover concerns, and opportunities for retention strategies across locations.
Qualifications:
Three-plus years of HR generalist-type experience, with employee relations experience preferred.
Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Work Environment:
The position requires working onsite five days a week, with travel required (15-20%).
Job Type & Location:
This is a permanent position based out of Atlanta, Georgia.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00/yr. Company benefits: 401k, Health, Dental, Vision.

This is a fully onsite position in Atlanta, GA.
