JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced HR Associate to join the HCM Service Delivery team in a hybrid capacity (3 days per week in-office). This role provides operational and advisory support to HR Business Partner teams, as well as employees and managers, across various stages of the employee lifecycle. The HR Associate will focus on operational processes, process optimization, and driving efficiencies and best practices in HR service delivery. This position involves collaboration with global and regional HR colleagues to ensure seamless execution of people initiatives. Two rounds of interviews will be conducted: one via Zoom and one on-site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR operational matters including policy questions, offboarding, immigration, mobility eligibility, leave processing, and employment verification
  • Support HR Business Partners with cyclical and ad hoc processes such as performance evaluations, diversity initiatives, promotions, and compensation reviews
  • Manage job change transactions and ensure accurate system updates
  • Partner with HR colleagues globally and regionally to deliver efficient people operations and initiatives
  • Project manage planned and ad hoc HR activities and ensure timely completion
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to enhance HR operations
  • Document best practices through job aids and training materials to promote consistency and knowledge sharing
  • Track and log service requests accurately, ensuring timely resolutions and consistent service delivery
  • Provide metrics and insights to stakeholders to measure HR service performance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in HR operations, employee services, or related functions
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability in completing tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Visio experience is a plus
  • Strong results orientation with the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a collaborative and “can-do” attitude
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting HR Business Partners or working within an HR shared services environment
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools used for managing employee lifecycle and service requests
Education: Bachelors Degree
