HR Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and organized HR Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting the HR department with various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of office activities.

Responsibilities

• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Scan HR files into the corporate system.
• Monitor and manage office inventory levels such as pens, paper, and coffee.
• Ensure coffee areas are well-stocked.
• Scan invoices into the system for payment processing.
• Support various administrative projects.
• Assist in setting up for office meetings.

Essential Skills

• Experience in administrative or office roles.
• Strong computer skills with efficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in human resources is a plus.

Work Environment

This position requires working in an office setting from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a position based out of Maryland Heights, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
