CHI Health is seeking Acute Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join a consistently busy Hospital Medicine Service in Nebraska City, NE. This opportunity is suited for a self-motivated provider who thrives in a dynamic environment, interacting seamlessly with patients, nurses and physicians. CHI Health St. Mary's has served Nebraska City and the surrounding areas since 1927. In the fall of 2014 St. Mary's opened the doors of a brand-new fully modernized facility. Qualifications:

Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner Studies or Physician Assistant from an accredited program
For APRN's - Acute Care certification is highly desired
Experienced providers must have worked in an inpatient setting
Certification by a nationally recognized certification organization
Ability to obtain licensure in Nebraska and Iowa
BLS

Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and case discussions.
Provide consultative services to other healthcare providers.

Quality Improvement:

Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives.
Review and analyze clinical outcomes for continuous improvement.
Implement changes to enhance patient care and safety.

Compliance:

Adhere to ethical and legal standards in medical practice.
Stay informed about healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Participate in quality audits to ensure adherence to standards.

Continuous Learning:

Pay Range
$55.65 - $62.54 /hour
