Hiring for Production Workers (Entry Level)

Location: Anoka, MN

Shifts: All shifts available

Pay: Up to $21.80/hour.

Responsibilities:

• Rotating between paint line loading, unloading, and powder coating stations
• Spraying powder coat paint onto metal parts with precision and consistency
• Conducting quality inspections to ensure smooth, even application
• Racking and un racking metal components properly for the painting process
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of painting experience (Entry level is good - we'll train!)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle metal parts safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience in industrial painting or construction is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.84 - $22.09/hr.
