Assembler

We are seeking an assembler who will build, test, troubleshoot, and package completed units. You will receive daily work orders and be responsible for picking and pulling the required components needed to complete assembly. Utilizing small hand and power tools, you will assemble units that range from simpler designs with 15-20 components to more complex designs containing 50-100 components. You will receive pre-populated PC Boards and construct machines around these boards, using a Vision scope to ensure quality in the finished product.

Responsibilities

• Assemble units according to work orders using small hand and power tools.
• Pick and pull components required for assembly.
• Build machines around pre-populated PC Boards.
• Use Vision scope to perform quality checks on finished products.
• Troubleshoot and package completed units.

Essential Skills

• Experience in electronic and mechanical assembly.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and soldering.
• Ability to follow work instructions accurately.
• Strong hand dexterity and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and stand for extended periods.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience with small part assembly.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.

Work Environment

Work in a clean electronic room environment where you will sit at a workstation 90% of the time. The environment is organized and requires wearing latex gloves, a smock, and closed-toed shoes. The position is a first shift from Monday to Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
