Job Description: We have one of our largest terminals in Pennsylvania, where Shaffer Trucking originated—home to several of our major customers. Drivers can select frequent home time with dedicated fleets or choose to drive on regional or national OTR fleets.

Salary: The top 50% of our drivers earn an average of $92,254 annually.

CPM: Starting pay ranges from $.61 to $.64 per mile.

Experience: A minimum of one year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience with a Class A CDL is required.
