Doximity Talent Solutions has partnered with a nationally recognized health system on California s Central Coast to search for an Oncology Nurse Practitioner to join an established Hematology and Oncology program in Ventura County, CA . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to thrive in a dynamic, patient-focused setting with robust clinical infrastructure and a supportive multidisciplinary team.
About the Position
- Join a top-tier health system in beautiful Ventura County, California
- Excellent Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a 4.5 day clinical schedule and .5 days of administrative time
- Avoid Burnout: Maintain a manageable workload of 12-14 patients per day
- Provide Infusion Oversight: Collaborate closely with hematology/oncology physicians

Position Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California, or the ability to obtain one
- Experience in hematology/oncology strongly preferred
