Compensation: $34.00/hr - $42.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $1000

Key Accountabilities
A Typical Work Day May Include:
- Performing preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance throughout the facility.
- Documenting all work completed and conditions encountered, utilizing maintenance software as needed.
- Installing, maintaining, testing, and repairing heavy mobile equipment and various mechanical systems.
- Using standard maintenance tools, including power tools and pneumatic equipment.
- Interpreting mechanical and electrical schematics to effectively troubleshoot issues.
- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Following all safety policies and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Completing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
What You Will Need:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Physical ability to perform job duties, including the ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform various movements.
- Capability to work in diverse indoor and outdoor climates, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Able to operate at elevated heights (4 feet and above).
- Minimum of one year of experience in industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed, including weekends and holidays.
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Experience with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Certification as a Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) or willingness to obtain it.
- Technical diploma in heavy equipment or industrial maintenance, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications in Predictive or Precision Maintenance.
- High school diploma/GED or two years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining a variety of mechanical systems and equipment.
