Your Role as a Marketing Liaison

As a Marketing Liaison, your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing medical conditions and performing pre-screens for patients from hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, homes, and assisted living facilities.
• Creating call plans and strategies to enhance patient volume using the Referral Development System (RDS).
• Utilizing market analysis to unearth new business opportunities within your territory.
• Educating the community, referral sources, and physicians about our hospital's programs and services.
• Identifying opportunities to position our hospital strategically within the market.
• Addressing and overcoming admission barriers while following up on admissions variables.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license in the employed state with an acceptable driving record according to company policy.
• CPR certification.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare environment, ideally with clinician or tech experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a nurse liaison or in a sales role within healthcare, preferred.
• Familiarity with acute hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and the local healthcare market is advantageous.
