Position Details:

• Location: On-site in El Paso, TX
• Hourly Base Pay: $15.37 + potential bonuses!
• Schedule: Limited Full-Time schedules available
• Site Hours: Monday - Sunday, 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.; start date and specific hours will be discussed with the recruiter
• Shifts: Evening shifts are highly sought after, and we offer a 10% shift differential for any hours worked between 7 p.m. and 8 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service for inquiries via telephone, emails, web chats, or written communication.
• Utilize computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting customer inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of client regulations and policies.
• Assist customers with online applications and ensure timely responses.
• Complete call logs and adhere to privacy and HIPAA guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with your team and provide feedback for process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent with at least 6 months of customer service experience.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Must be able to attend on-site training and meetings.
• Participation in internal training programs is required.
• Willingness to work overtime and scheduled holidays, as needed.
