AM/PM FLEXABILITY JOB SUMMARY

The Health Club Attendant is responsible for providing a welcoming, clean, and well-maintained environment for all members and guests of the Health Club. This position oversees the cleanliness and organization of the fitness and locker room facilities, ensures that amenities and supplies are fully stocked, and assists with member and guest inquiries.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all health club areas, including but not limited to the fitness floor, pool area, and locker rooms, in accordance with hotel standards.
• Stock and replenish amenities and supplies such as towels, robes, shower products, and fitness-related items.
• Safely handle, use, and store cleaning products in compliance with hotel and safety guidelines.
• Report any guest items left behind to the office and deliver them to Security following lost and found procedures.
• Ensure all fitness and housekeeping equipment is maintained in clean and safe working condition.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to the Manager or Hotel Engineering.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE

Must have at least (1) or more years of experience in Housekeeping, with a combination of Hospitality experience preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work cohesively with a team.
• Must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
• A second language is desirable.
• Must have exceptional time management skills.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 15lbs + on a regular and continuous basis.
