Local company is seeking a detail oriented Grinder/Finisher to join their team.

Key responsibilities of the Grinder/Finisher:

• Operate belt sanders and other grinding/finishing equipment to remove excess materials, burrs, and imperfections
• Inspect parts for quality
• Follow blueprints, work orders, and verbal construction
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment

Pay rate is $16.00 an hour.

Candidate must have experience using a belt sander and finishing tools to smooth and refine metal parts. Must have the ability to read technical drawings, and specifications and have strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Candidate must have the ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods. Candidate must have the willingness to obtain a forklift certification.
