Global marketing done right is becoming more challenging due to fast-changing consumer expectations, changes in individual market landscapes, and the rate of technological change. At its core, Global Clients and Agency Solutions (GCAS) helps leading brands, trade bodies and marketing partners navigate this complexity so that they can continue to be the market makers who positively shape our industry. Everyday, we help our partners fully utilize Google's products, talent and insights to advance their marketing performance and the advertising ecosystem at large. Whether through building stronger tech and media foundations, surfacing cutting edge insights or structuring industry dialogue, GCAS helps shape what's next into now.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $195,000-$275,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Manage a team of Account Executives, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google's values.
Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
Plan and achieve growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
