The role you’ll contribute:

The GI Lab Tech  is a non-licensed support person, and functions as a member of the patient care team.  The GI Lab Tech is responsible for providing direct patient care and any assigned duties to ensure optimal patient care under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• The GI Lab Tech will provide direct assistance to the endoscopist with procedures
• The GI Lab Tech will clean, maintain and document care of endoscopes
• The GI Lab Tech will maintain cleaning supplies for the endoscopes
• The GI Lab Tech will position the patient, secure monitors to the patient and transport the patient to and from the procedure room as needed
