Geospatial Engineer

The Geospatial Engineer will bring expert level experience in processing data via Oracle Spatial using SQL along with a solid knowledgebase of ESRI tools. The ideal candidate will have strong, firsthand technical expertise in a variety of big data technologies and the proven ability to fashion robust scalable solutions to manage large datasets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide the customer with maintenance and support of Oracle Spatial and ESRI applications.
• Work alongside other engineers on the team to sustain and advance the customer/organizations capabilities.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated subject matter expertise of geospatial tools and ESRI applications.
• Geospatial expert with experience in processing data via Oracle Spatial and SQL.

Desired Qualifications:

• Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytic, critical thinking, and research skills.
• Adept at managing project plans and resources to ensure successful project completion.
