General Production Worker / Forklift

Location: Louisville, KY

Pay: $18/hour (Weekly Pay)

Job Description:

Seeking dedicated Production Associates to support the welding team in a manufacturing facility. Responsibilities include forklift operation, unloading trucks, drawer assembly, powder coating, and painting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist welders with daily operations
• Safely operate forklifts
• Load and unload trucks
• Assemble drawers with precision
• Perform powder coating and painting tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in general production and labor
• Proficiency in forklift operation
• Ability to perform detailed assembly tasks
• Machine operation experience is a plus

Work Environment:

Safety-focused facility with a collaborative team. Includes a 30-minute interview with a supervisor to ensure a good fit.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $19.00/hr.
