What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee all aspects of retail and catering food service operations, ensuring exceptional quality and customer satisfaction.
• Design and deliver innovative, on-trend dining experiences, including executive-level catering and special events.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and hospitality.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to plan and execute events, requiring flexibility for evenings and weekends.
