Production Associate- Start ASAP

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented mold operator responsible for operating plastic injection molding machines and in-line equipment.

The role involves various tasks such as cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, box-making, and maintaining accurate counts.

The machine controls the pace of production, and it is important for the operator to keep up with the machine's speed.

Operators will rotate on machines and may need to sit or stand for 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks such as cutting, sorting, separating, stacking, inspecting, and box-making.
• Move boxes and maintain accurate counts.
• Ensure the pace of production is maintained with the machine's speed.
• Rotate between different machines.
• Sit or stand for 10+ hour shifts as required.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to sit or stand for 12 hours
• Closed-toed shoes
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Preferably 1 year of manufacturing or production

Pay Rate:

$18-20/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.40/hr.
