Job Opening: Packer/Machine Operator/Cutlines

Our client, a leader in the industrial manufacturing industry, is seeking Packers, Machine Operators, and Cutline Operators to join their growing team. These roles are part of the production department and play a key role in meeting daily production and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently pack aluminum parts according to company standards
• Operate machinery and cutline equipment (if assigned to those roles)
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout the packing process
• Label, wrap, and box products correctly for shipment
• Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or packing environment
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures accurately
• Familiarity with basic production equipment (for Machine Operator/Cutlines roles)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Steel-toed shoes required
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
