Google Cloud Practitioner Architect
Cognizant is seeking a Google Cloud Practitioner Architect for a full-time remote opportunity.
The salary range for this role is between $114,000 and $133,500 depending on the skills and qualifications of the candidate. Applicants must be physically located in the US and have valid US work authorization. Applications will be accepted till 9/15.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions using GCP.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture strategies and cloud migration plans.
- Lead technical discussions and create proof-of-concepts for cloud-based solutions.
- Evaluate and integrate AI/ML capabilities using tools like AutoML and AI Platform.
- Ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in GCP services: Compute Engine, App Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, Big Query, Cloud SQL, Bigtable, Dataflow, Pub/Sub.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Deployment Manager).
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Scripting skills in Python and Bash.
