Gastroenterologist - Interventional

Overview

Gastroenterologist role at CommonSpirit Health Mountain Region. This position will be based at the St. Anthony clinic with coverage opportunities at St. Anthony North and the Longmont Clinic. We are building a newly formed GI group in the Denver Metro area with multiple positions and are open to entry level, advanced GI, leadership and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide gastroenterology services and be part of a newly formed GI group in the Denver Metro area.
• Based at the St. Anthony clinic with coverage at St. Anthony North and the Longmont Clinic.
• Must be able to perform ERCP and EUS for Interventional GI position.
• Deliver high-value, top-quality patient care in accordance with medical ethics and applicable standards.

Compensation and Benefits

• Interventional GI: base salary $637,679 guaranteed (does not include call or incentive pay) with a $50,000 sign-on, $15,000 relocation assistance, $30,000 student loan repayment, CME funds, Flexible Time Away, and a generous 401(k) with match.
• Gastroenterologist (GI): base salary $610,542 plus incentive plan, $50,000 sign-on, $15,000 relocation assistance, $30,000 student loan repayment, CME funds, Flexible Time Away, and a generous 401(k) with match.

Qualifications

• Must have successfully completed a residency or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty.
• Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration.
• Be board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to Hospital;
• Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institution
• Doctorate MD or DO required
• Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in applicable state required

Physical Requirements

Medium work – exert up to 50lbs weight occasionally, and up to 20lbs frequently, and up to 10lbs constantly.
