ABC Academy ABA Therapist/ RBT/ Registered Behavior Technician - FULL TIME POSITION

What you will be doing as a Registered Behavior Therapist with ABC:
- Applying the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help kiddos with Autism reach their full potential
- Providing ABA therapy in a center-based setting
- Shaping the minds of school-aged kiddos (ages 5 - 12)
- Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans for each child
- Collaborating with a team of like-minded individuals dedicated to living ABC’s core values
- Annual bonus in addition to regular pay for all eligible RBTs.
What we offer:
- Pay: $17 - $25.50 / hour with experience
- Potential wage increases every 6 months! We are obsessed with frequent feedback and transparency to your next raise
- Annual “Bravo!” Bonus Award! Anniversary bonus award between $1,000 and $3,500 based upon tenure with ABC
- Predictable Work Schedule! Each full-time teammate will be scheduled weekly for 30 hours Monday through Friday, 12:00pm - 6:30pm.

- No-cost supervision hours! No deductions from pay or claw backs for the dedicated supervision time

Expected Schedule / Hours of Operation:
- Mon - Fri: 12:00pm - 6:30pm
- Sat: When needed 9:00am - 12:00 pm (based upon patient attendance)
