Key Responsibilities:

Deliver physical therapy treatments under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist, adhering to state practice regulations.
Help identify suitable patients for therapy and collaborate with the PT for evaluation and referrals.
Work closely with team members to ensure excellence in patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation to satisfy regulatory standards.
Ensure all necessary physician orders are current and properly documented.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree from an APTA-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Valid license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
